Old Main Renovation

Description

Old Main is the University of Arizona's original building and an historic icon for the UA. Over the years the building has received incremental remedial improvements and continues to require significant attention as it ages. The building will undergo structural repairs, infrastructure improvements as well as a complete renovation to be re-purposed for administrative functions.

Status

The first level is currently occupied. The second level is on schedule for the August 2014 occupancy. The last punchlist activities are wrapping up. And the furniture and artwork are in place.
